How do I let you know which coffee I want? 

When you place your order, you will fill out a little form that will help us know which coffees you’re wanting to receive. If we ever send you a coffee that you don’t like or have a specific coffee you only want to receive, shoot us an email at contact@lccoffeestl.com and we’ll update our system accordingly.

How fresh is your coffee when it’s shipped?

We roast every Monday and Tuesday night, so all of our coffee is typically shipped within one week of the roast date.

Can I get my coffee ground?

Yes! You can select a grind setting or write a specific setting in the order notes during checkout. If you currently have a subscription and want your coffee ground, shoot us an email at contact@lccoffeestl.com and we’ll get it sorted out for you.

Why did I get the same coffee more than once?

We try our very best to send you a variety of coffee, but as a small roaster, we have a limited amount of specialty coffee offerings that we rotate through. If you have a weekly or bi-weekly subscription, it’s possible that we will send you all of our current offerings over the course of 4-8 weeks. If there are any coffees you don’t want to receive a second time, let us know by sending an email to contact@lccoffeestl.com and we’ll make sure to adjust your preferences.

Can I order the same single-origin coffee every week?

Yes! If you’d like to receive the same coffee every shipment, just let us know by writing that specific coffee in the notes section during checkout and we’ll be glad to accommodate your preferences.

I want to gift a subscription, how do I do that?

Easy! You just select one of our gift subscriptions here and we’ll take care of the rest!

How do I change the date of my next shipment?

Email us at contact@lccoffeestl.com with the name associated with your subscription and the date you’d like to postpone your next shipment and we’ll take care of it for you. 

How do I change my address? 

At this time, the only way to change your billing address is to cancel your subscription, then resubscribe with the new address. 

How do I change my payment information?

You can change payment information from your account. Simply log in, select “payment,” then “add new payment method” and input your new information. 

How do I change my order frequency?

At this time, the only way to change your order frequency is to cancel your subscription and resubscribe with your updated preferred frequency. If you want to temporarily postpone receiving shipments, you can email us at contact@lccoffeestl.com and we will postpone your next shipment to a future date. 

Will I get notifications before my shipment?

You will get an order confirmation email after each subscription is purchased, and a shipment notification with tracking information once each order ships. If you’d like to cancel a subscription that has already been ordered, please contact us at contact@lccoffeestl.com as soon as you receive your order confirmation email and we will do our best to cancel and refund your order. 

How do I cancel my subscription?

Say it isn’t so! Login to your account and select “cancel subscription.” This does not cancel your most recent order, but it ensures that no future orders are placed.

I forgot my password. How do I reset it?

No worries! You can reset that here. Click “forgot password” on the pop-up and reset accordingly.
