REFUND POLICY & SHIPPING FAQ

If you are dissatisfied with your purchase, please contact us within 30 days of your purchase by emailing contact@lccoffeestl.com to arrange a return and refund. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.


SHIPPING FAQ

How long will it take my order to arrive?
We ship all orders every Monday & Thursday, primarily with USPS Priority Mail (or First Class for eligible orders) or FedEx. Orders typically arrive 3-5 days after shipment confirmation but may be delayed due to circumstances outside our control.

What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us at contact@lccoffeestl.com with your order number and a photo of the damaged item and we’ll send you a replacement and work with you to file a claim with USPS.

What if my order arrives incorrect or is missing items?
Contact us at contact@lccoffeestl.com with your order number and a description of what is wrong or missing from your order. We’ll make sure to get the right items to you.

What if my order has been marked as delivered, but I haven't received it?
First, double-check the shipping address on your order confirmation to ensure the order was shipped to the correct address. If it’s correct, sometimes the postal carrier left the package somewhere discreet to prevent it from being stolen, such as a neighbor’s house, on your behalf or the postal carrier marked the package as delivered a few days in advance.

If the package hasn’t shown up after 5 business days (from the time the package is marked “delivered”), try contacting your local post office or emailing us at contact@lccoffeestl.com. (We’ll try our best to help, but once the package is out of our hands, there’s not much we can do!

Can I change my address?
If you catch that you placed your order to be shipped to the wrong address, shoot us an email (contact@lccoffeestl.com) ASAP with your order number and the correct address. If we have not yet shipped the order, we’ll be able to make the necessary change, but once the order is out for shipment, we can’t make any changes.


RETURNS

You have 30 days to return an item from the purchase date. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on coffee because it is a perishable item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it in and must be in the original packaging. 


REFUNDS

Once we have received your item and it has been inspected we will promptly notify you of the status of your refund. If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment). You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies.


EXCHANGES (if applicable)

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you're unsure if your issue qualifies for an exchange, please email us at contact@lccoffeestl.com.


SHIPPING COSTS

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Additionally, please note that you are responsible for paying for the return shipping costs of your item.
