An update to our customers
We wanted to take a quick moment to address our recent Online Orders (Dec 2020). We are aware that many orders are being delayed, due to the postal service being overwhelmed with increased volume this holiday season. When tracking your package, they do not always scan the packages as often as they should, but rest assured all of our customers have eventually received their coffee. We have seen a rare few arrive anywhere from 10-14 days after we have shipped them, but most have arrived in a timely manner.
We understand the need for freshly roasted coffee every day and ask for your patience this time of year with the abundance of packages being shipped.
Thank you for your continued support and good taste in coffee. If you do not receive your package within 14 days, please let us know. We are in constant communication with the postal service about our packages being shipped out.
